Important information has been provided to us regarding the return of an Evolis printer to the manufacturer for repair. The official Evolis statement is as follows:
The product to be returned must be shipped in its original packaging to prevent any problems during the shipment. If the packaging is not an Evolis one, if is too damaged or after the end of warranty, a new one will be invoiced by sending an estimate to the customer. The refusal of a new packaging will automatically cancel all the ongoing warranty related to the product.
